Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, a cancellation policy must be in place to reduce the number of unnecessary cancellations and to keep prices at Absolutely Flawless affordable. Last minute cancellations prevent other clients from enjoying services because they take up time slots that would've otherwise been open for someone else. Very last minute no-shows also waste time and materials used to set up for the service.
When you book online, you will receive a confirmation email. Save this email. If you need to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the appointment, you may do so online using your confirmation email.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the regular price of the service and must be done via phone or email.
Gift Certificates:
20% of regular price of service. You must mention in the "special instructions" field that you are using a gift certificate, otherwise you will be charged for a regular cancellation (50%, see above).
If, you arrive for your appointment and are unable to receive your treatment, you may be charged as you would for a last minute cancellation. These very rare occurrences may include (but are not limited to) an injury in it's acute stage, skin infections, or hair that is too short to be waxed.
(Hair should be 1/4" or longer).
